Any abuse to our Free Trial identified by our system, such as use of multiple or fake emails to get another free trial for the second time, using the same credit card or multiple credit cards to create multiple accounts to get free trial, will be charge with a subscription fee immediately subject to no refund of any fees paid to the company.

All memberships to the Service are ongoing until cancellation is processed.

Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can cancel it at any time through your subscription page (My Account > Profile > Manage Subscriptions / Update Plan or Cancel). If you cancel your paid subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription for the period of time that has already been paid, and no future charges will be made.

If you do not cancel your membership as set out above, the payment for the renewal period of the membership is still payable and will still be processed on the renewal date. You will be notified close to renewal date that your subscription is about to renew, unless you have already cancelled your membership.

Should we find that use of our products, including all our reports and our data via API, is being resold or used to compete with SuburbsFinder, we have the right to terminate your access immediately subject to no refund of any fees paid to the company.

Should our system detect that you are abusing our FREE trial period by using multiple credit cards or debit cards, fake usernames, or even fake emails, we have the right to terminate your access immediately and add you in our Blacklist.
